The United Way of Central Alabama maintains an extensive online data base of community resources for the five county area of Central Alabama, which includes the counties of Blount, Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Walker.

Their online data base provides excellent information on each community resource, plus their site has very effective search options to enable a user to easily locate the appropriate resources to meet their needs.
